Accessibility Assistance Available

Please be advised that the Passenger elevator in the Commons Dining Hall is currently out of service, due to the replacement of a major component and at this time, we do not have a confirmed return-to-service date.

For students, faculty, or staff registered with the Office of Disability Services (DSS) and in need of elevator access:

Please call The Commons Cashier Station at 518-276-2457.

A Manager or Supervisor will be notified to meet you in the front lobby and escort you to the freight elevator, assist you with boarding and exiting, then escort you to your seat, if needed.

Upon leaving, the same assistance will be provided to return you to the first floor and the lobby.

If you are a student in need of accommodations and not currently registered with DSS, please contact DSS@rpi.edu for support and assistance.
