Join us in celebrating the retirement of Paul Mason Jr., who will retire on Thursday, July 31, following an outstanding 37-year tenure at RPI.
A proud second-generation RPI team member, his father also served the institute for over a decade. Paul joined us in 1987 and rose to the role of Access Control Technician. Access control systems are a cornerstone of campus safety, managing electronic entry to labs, dorms, offices, and other sensitive areas.
Over nearly four decades, Paul contributed not only technical skills but also warmth and wit that brightened everyone’s day. His dedication and friendly demeanor fostered a sense of safety and trust throughout the community.
RPI will deeply miss Paul’s commitment to keeping our campus safe, efficient, and welcoming.
Please join us in congratulating him on a well-deserved retirement!
