Access to locked RPI facilities can only be obtained with an authorized Campus Card. All building access requests need to be coordinated with the Department of Public Safety (https://publicsafety.rpi.edu/)

ID Cards
- New Student or New Employee ID Request Form - Use if requesting ID Card for the first time as RPI Student or Employee. Please be sure to upload a photo.
- Lost ID Replacement Request Form - Use if you have lost your ID and need a replacement.
- ID Category Change or Name Change Request Form - Use if your status has changed (ex. Undergraduate to Graduate) or your first or last name has changed and has been processed by the Registrar (for students) or HR (for employees), if you a Retiree looking to obtain an Active Retiree card and have filled out paperwork with HR.
- Broken or Worn ID Replacement Request Form - Use if ID card has been broken or is worn.
- New Spouse/Dependent ID Request Form - Use if you are requesting an ID for a Spouse or Dependent.

- Campus Suppliers - Use for On or Off Campus Vendors, RPI Tenants, or Department Vendors.
- General Campus Visitors - Use for Visiting Scholars, Visiting Researchers, Visiting Faculty, and Special Programs visitors.
