The RPI Shuttle service provides safe transportation around campus, seats are available on a first come first serve basis. All shuttle bus drivers have safety awareness training and strive to stay on schedule. Situations may occur due to traffic, weather, road closures, emergencies, and break downs. We will do our best to communicate any changes affecting the shuttle schedule. All riders must show Rensselaer ID to access the shuttle.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
As the season for inclement weather approaches, please be advised that shuttle operations may be impacted by adverse conditions. To ensure the safety of both drivers and passengers, service modifications—including alternate routing, service delays, temporary suspension, or full cancellation—may be implemented as necessary.
In the event that the University closes due to weather-related conditions, all shuttle services will be suspended until normal operations can safely resume.

- Monday - Friday 7 AM - 12:00 AM
- Saturday - 9AM - 12:00 AM
- Sunday - 9 AM - 8 PM
- Chasen Stop only Monday - Friday 7AM -5:30PM
Times are approximate and depend upon traffic, weather, and other conditions. Arrive at the bus stop 2-3 minutes early to avoid missing the bus. Please note that certain schedules vary according to the day of week or route direction. Saturday and Sunday routes and times may also vary.

Gateway Shuttle
This shuttle is provided free of charge by one of our vendors to transport students from the student Union to Albany Airport, Rensselaer Train station, and Albany Bus Depot. Schedule and Web sign up form to be posted for Thanksgiving and Winter Break by October 15th.
